Ms Yanetta was a pleasure to be served by! She has an awesome space for events and she provides notary and fingerprinting serves there as well. She is professional, courteous and gives clear concise directions. I drove 2 hours to get to her and don’t regret a minute!

I had my fingerprints done here a couple of weeks ago, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. I made my appointment online, walked in, and Regina greeted me right away with such a kind and welcoming attitude. I was taken back almost immediately, and the entire fingerprinting process was quick, professional, and stress-free. This type of customer service is rare nowadays and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs fingerprinting services.

I definitely recommend Grand Finale 10/10! Service was beyond amazing and quick. Lily was very kind and went out her way to help me with my fingerprints! Yanetta even went out of her way to inform me about an issue I had with IdenToGo previously and guided me in the right direction to fix it! All the staff was very friendly. I went here for my gun license fingerprint & Mrs Lilly was the best. She was so sweet & nice on instructing what to do. Didn’t know this place did fingerprinting but this the place to go. The guy in the front lobby is also sweet

The desk staff; fingerprint technician; supervisor; everyone is so kind, patient, funny, and professional. I think I’ll just go get my fingerprints done for funsies. Love them.
