Gran Azteca Mexican Food Bar & Grill

The food here was absolutely delicious! Everything was perfectly seasoned, full of flavor, and the drinks were just as amazing. The atmosphere was so fun and welcoming ; we all enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. My son even wanted to take a picture on the birthday throne, and it wasn’t even his birthday. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here for a late lunch, the place has a typical mexican restaurant vibe, with authentic music in the background. It wasnt very busy when we ate. The pupusa appetizer was undercooked and doughy in the middle.The Chimichanga was very good, and would recommend it. The Hawaiian Quesadilla had a good flavor, unfortunately it was swimming in a pool of chorizo grease. The waitress was on another planet, she wasn't attentive at all and was not knowledgeable of the menu items. She spent most of the time chating with co-workers.

Our first time here, definitely won’t be the last! We had enchiladas and chimichanga. Service and food was excellent. Place was very clean. Looking forward to coming back!!

Me and the family were in Frederick from Philly for about a week and decided to give this place a try. This is just constructive criticism. I got the sizzling chicken fajita plate. My husband tried the steak with onions. I gave my plate a 3.5/5. The chicken was flavorful, tortillas seemed fresh but the rice wasn’t authentic to ME. The chips and salsa were good. My husband gave his meal a 4/5. He thought for the price, there could’ve been more meat, instead there was a lot more veggies than meat. And my final complaint would be that the grease from the food came out of the plates and onto the bag and utensils. I would look into different platting for greasier foods. Other than that, my husband said the staff were attentive and nice when he came in.
