Customer Reviews
For some folks that have read my reviews it's no secret the I love ice cream. I have sampled Ice cream from west Coast to east. Greaters is greater. What stands out is the contemporary style and clean display and table seating. If you are like me and can't decide just have what everyone else is having.
Two servers working yesterday. The eldest treated us wonderfully: friendly, welcoming, helpful - the epitome of good customer service. The other was arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful. She spoke to us as though we were stupid and bothersome when we asked a simple fundamental question. She almost ruined the entire visit for us. Fortunately, the interaction with the first lady offset the superciliousness of the latter.
You’re going to have a great experience here. Friendly staff, amazing flavors, and you’re supporting local! I got the seasonal strawberry chip in a sprinkle dip cone it is SO good! Highly recommend stopping by while you’re in Oxford!
Strong musty odor when we walked in, only 1 young lady working by herself, so naturally she can only do so much. Ice cream hit the spot on a nice sunny October day.
On three separate occasions I’ve visited this location and clearly stated I had an allergy. Each time, the employee serving me rolled their eyes and sighed as if the extra steps required to safely serve me were an inconvenience. Most recently, the employee went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome by rolling their eyes, then loudly announcing to the rest of the line, in a frustrated tone, “This guy has an allergy.” That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it feels discriminatory toward customers with medical needs. A business that treats allergies as a nuisance instead of a serious health concern doesn’t take the safety of its customers seriously. I cannot recommend a place that makes people feel guilty or embarrassed for something beyond their control
