Gourmet China

Ordered 4 dinner dishes for carry out. They made 4 lunch boxes. Worst orange chicken ever, all box fill up more rice than dish. Don't recommend.

Gourmet China nails the classics. 🔥 Kung Pao Chicken had that perfect spicy crunch, and the Orange Chicken was crispy, citrusy bliss. Bold flavors, great texture…definitely worth the chopstick hustle.

Higher price than competitors, but pays for the flavor and fresh ingredients. To note, entrees do not come with rice if not combo (half size entree). On the plus side, they are not overly saucy and have good chilli oil. However, the most striking point is the fried rice; well coated with flavor and not clumpy. and it's delicious even with just egg as protein. In terms of fried rice, for pure-Chinese takeout (not Thai fusion), this place takes the top!

I have ordered take out from this restaurant for about 4 years now. I have read some of the other reviews, but can only report on my own experiences while doing business here. I order carry out maybe once per month. Over my 4 years doing business with Gourmet China, I have never one time experienced rude service. Sometimes a little slow, but never rude. I have ordered several different things, but my go to order is Salt & Pepper Wings, and Chicken Bok Choy (add mushrooms). One of my other favorites is the Orange Beef. Everything I have ever ordered has been at least 4 star rated. Most are 5 star. The food here is as good or better than any sit down, dine in Chinese restaurant in Vegas. The portions are large. We used to live up in the northwest area. We found this Chinese food place after trying many others before. They had become our favorite Chinese food place. Now we have moved to South Summerlin area. We have tried so very many other Chinese food places near us none of them even come close to matching how Good Gourmet China is. Not only is it delicious but they give nice size portions. Even though now that it is 20 minutes away from us, It’s worth it to drive the extra distance to get such good food.
