Goody's Donuts

Even though the shop looked a bit outdated or lacked of welcoming vibes their glazed and sugar coated donuts were really good! The dough of their doughnuts is so good 🤩 we were really impressed and delighted.

This place was ok. Nothing about this place stands out from so many of the other Mom & Pop donut shops. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Just average. They did have a few different / unique donuts which were the overly bright strawberry glazed cake donut, the Tiger Tail, and the Thai Tea donut. The strawberry cake donut was nothing special. It was a bit disappointing in that I expected to burst with strawberry flavor considering the coloring but it wasn't. The Tiger Tail was good but it wasn't great where I would go back just to get it again. I was excited for the Thai Tea donut but it was the most disappointing. By the looks of it, it is generously filled with orange cream/custard. I dug into it and was very surprised how muted the flavor was. You could tell it was Thai tea, but barely.

Such a great donut shop! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and they even treated me to a free donut. Everything was fresh and delicious — I’ll definitely come back!

Was craving donuts and looked up the first place that was closest to me at that moment and google blessed me. I’m starting to think Cerritos is becoming a foodie destination with its rise of Asian, inspired coffee, shops, Filipino bakeries, and apparently now donuts. That tiger tail is something else , never had a donut like this… crunch, texture, and flavor. I also had the blueberry glaze one… so light, fluffy and sweet. I was the only one there. My kind of atmosphere.

Rushing to the donut shop on a lazy Saturday morning, with just 10 minutes to spare, the anticipation of a freshly baked, eggless coconut cream donut was worth the sprint. Living here for almost a year and never realizing that such a gem existed, where all the donuts are eggless was a pleasant surprise. Picking up a variety of flavors like classic glazed, which had the perfect balance of sweetness and a crispy exterior. The raspberry lemon frost had a tangy and sweet combination of flavors that was refreshing. The cinnamon knots had a soft and fluffy texture with a nice cinnamon kick. The chocolate donut had a rich chocolate flavor and a moist texture. And of course, the special coconut cream donut was to die for, with a creamy coconut filling and a soft pastry crust.
