Always a reliable and delicious sandwich spot for my family!!! We love corned beef or turkey Reuben’s (lean which is an extra $2). Pictured here is the grilled Rachel which is so good and the boiled ham sandwich. The portions are very generous and we usually have leftovers. The pickles and side accompaniments are also so good!!

My first time here today and it brought back memories of the old Union Pantry deli I and my family frequented back in the 60's. The brisket and pastrami sandwich is excellent. Crispy fries, Dr. Brown's black cherry and I'm set. My friend had an omelet which was great! I'll definitely be back.

Very disappointed. Saw this restaurant mentioned on social media with some fantastic images and was pretty excited to make the trip to come up here. I ordered the pastrami on rye with Swiss and some kreplach. The kreplach were small and didn’t have a whole lot of flavor in them, even with the fried onions. The sandwich was so disappointing. Rather small, untoasted/ungrilled, I expected melted cheese, and I had to pay extra for the Swiss that was on it that wasn’t melted either. for just those 2 items and a fountain soda, the total came out to over 40 bucks, and after all is said and done when checking out, you’re charged a convenience fee after that. Great place for a pastrami sandwich. The best I've had since Bragman's in Newark. Meat is thin and delicious with coleslaw slaw and Russian dressing. My go to. It shoukd be yours as well. They have other great sandwiches. Corn Beef, Tongue, brisket. They also have some delicious Chicken tenders!!

I bought both a junior pastrami sandwich and a junior brisket. Both sandwiches were good but I have had better. The pastrami did not have a lot of flavor. The brisket was similar to the pastrami. I did not order lean meat, which was a good thing since it came lean. Neither sandwich was really hot either. I have eaten here before and I liked it. Given the high price, I guess I had high expectations. Personally, I think a junior size sandwich is big enough for the average person. This place definitely has the feel of an old style deli.
