Clean, friendly staff, quick service even though it was busy. Highly recommend the Dubai Chocolate Sundae - best sundae I've ever had! And they do Pup Cups!

My wife had a doctor’s appointment in Pinehurst but was turned away for being eight minutes late because of unexpected traffic. We stopped here to salvage the day, and the cashier delivered outstanding customer service, making us feel valued and not just another number. Thank you for that.

The custard machine was broke. People standing in line to order were leaving. People who paid, waiting on custard were not receiving their product. The 2 men working were not communicating to the customers what was happening. Just looking at us with a blank stare. We left and went to Handels. Too many icecream shops to be treated like this.

Went here for the first time today. Probably one of the best experiences we’ve had recently. Great ice cream. Great service! We will be back. 😊

Cashier was friendly. The menu takes a moment to navigate when you have not been here before. I tried the no sugar added vanilla, it was good. Sitting area clean and tables clean.
