Good Friends Noodle House

This place is pretty plain Jane in the food court area in Resorts World Casino. The duck was well cooked and tasty but also quite boney. I had mine with rice and Chinese broccoli. I think it would be better with noodles. I may try them again on my next visit. I had one of the canned floral teas which was pleasant. And the space was clean. It was a decent experience.

I have to say—the food is amazing. I almost skipped this place because of the low rating, but when I saw a line of elderly Chinese folks waiting patiently outside, I knew I had found the real deal. Everything was delicious. The noodle soup broth was incredibly flavorful—鲜到不行. Prices are great too—no tax, no tip. Highly recommend. Service? Pretty much non-existent. But honestly, who cares when the food is this good?

Roasted pork BBQ over rice was dry and meat was more fat than actual meat. The skin was crispy which was nice. The Hong Kong style wonton noodle soup had a good amount of large wontons. Cashier was friendly. The seating area was clean. Not a fan of having to go outside of security to eat and then go back through to get back into the casino. Menu is difficult to read as it is on multiple TV screens and each screen cycles through the same menu.

This place is located within the casino. The lines can be very long on the weekends. Overall the food is great with different options available. It’s like $4 for a bottle of water , so it’s better to get the combo meal which comes with a fountain drink that’s refillable . My go to meal is the roast pork over rice. Parking is available in the casino lots.

Please save your money, and eat literally anywhere else. The food lacks flavor from the broth to the noodles. I ordered the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and what I got was 80% fat, to the point where about 6 of my 8 pieces of “brisket” were completely inedible. The gal at the counter tried to tell me it was a tendon…biggest waste of $17 of my life lol
