NYC Stores to Your Door has been a lifesaver to me. They always go the extra mile. I have called on them when I needed so many things, from special cat food only available in a few stores to picking up my medicine. They will ask questions of the store and they will wait until they make sure you have what you need. Recently, I asked them to get my medicine from the pharmacy. The store insisted that the price of the drug was 200 and was not covered by my insurance. After reaching out to me, they went back and advocated for me, asking them to check my records. They waited until they confirmed the drug was covered. They have helped assemble items, as well. NYC Stores To Your Door is incredible. They always come through!

This delivery service is amazing. I have a delivery driver who not only gets the order right everything but is very courteous. Very reliable. Day and night. I love this service.
