Good Evans

Great food, great service, and a clean and safe environment make this place a winner for breakfast. I picked up the sweet potato pancakes, which I've never seen on the menu before, and my wife had the biscuits and gravy. The sweet potato pancakes were like buttermilk pancakes, but with sweet potato bits in them, and they were delicious. Biscuits and gravy tasted just like biscuits and gravy at any other restaurant, but it wasn't bad. My wife also have the Bloody Mary. It was rated as a 7 out of 10. Not bad, but it also didn't have enough spice and way too much ice. Restrooms were nice and clean and comfortable to use. Buyer beware: this place has a line on Sundays constantly, so arrive 25 to 30 minutes early in order to accommodate the wait time for the line.

We found Good Evan’s through Google Maps while traveling west on I-80. Our server, Kedric T, was excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable about the food, friendly, and efficient. Go Kedric! The food, which arrived with little delay, was delicious in every way. I, because I’d never had it before, ordered the Shrimp & Cheesy Grits with Andouille sausage, yum! My husband got the GE Omelette with a pancake on the side; and he also said it was great. We also both had coffees, and at some cafe’s it’s pretty bad, but this was very good. We’d definitely eat there again if driving through!!

Absolutely delicious. Best breakfast in a while! Great staff! Definitely recommend! Nebraska Bene w cheesy grits.

Wow! What a gem! Service was fabulous! Thanks, Thomas! Food was absolutely delicious. And I had the gluten free pancakes. What an awesome treat! My husband loved his biscuits and gravy. Truly an awesome start to a final day on a cross-country move. We couldn’t have started it better!

Wow! What a winner! We stopped at Good Evans on the way from Denver for my grandkids tournament, and it did not disappoint. I’ve never eaten at this chain before and I’m so glad we tried it. The sweet potato pancakes were moist, and the chicken sausage juicy to perfection. All our plates were empty at the end. Also the restaurant atmosphere and aesthetics were delightful, and to top it off, our server Michelle was friendly personable and knowledgeable regarding menu recommendations. Thank you Good Evans for a welcomed break on our road trip. P.S. please open a location in Denver!!!!
