⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I discovered Gonzo’s Mexican Grill in Garden City, NY through Facebook, and out of all the restaurants I came across, this one immediately stood out — and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the owner personally greeted me with a warm welcome and engaging conversation, setting the tone for an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food? Absolutely scrumptious. The wings were meaty, full of flavor, and so good they didn’t even need sauce. The burrito, made with their special wing sauce, was hearty, flavorful, and downright addictive. Even the drink was perfectly cold and refreshing — just the right amount. This place gets a 10 out of 10 from me. I’ll definitely be back and plan to bring family and friends next time. Totally worth the

The food is excellent!! We drive over an hour to enjoy a fabulous meal!! Highly recommend everything they prepare is fresh and absolutely delicious!!

I really wanted to like this place. Always looking for new spots somewhat locally. The manager was SUPER friendly. Maybe the only reason I didn’t drive back and return the food. I also believe they closed at 8pm on a Saturday night which is odd, so it might have been too late anyways. Ordered a couple different quesadillas and I’m pretty positive there was no cheese in them. Mine had weird cubed steak, some strange sauce, and a random large slice of avocado. The chicken in the chicken taco was like boiled maybe? Definitely not grilled and no flavor at all. My wife did enjoy her burrito so maybe that went well. The rice that came with the quesadilla was strange and dry and nothing authentic. This is the worst food I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. Place is not fancy. Food is mediocre. Burrito was very dry. No hot sauce at all. Sour cream taste very bad. They charged $12.50 for vegetable burrito that comes with chips and sour cream. Will not go back there again.

It’s a nice cozy place that knows how to make burritos well! I enjoyed how they cater to how you like your food. Great for dining alone and small groups. I would highly recommend!
