It was completely inappropriate for you to pull my phone number from your store’s call log and contact me from your personal cell phone after I had completed my purchase and left the store. The situation in the store was straightforward. I requested purple frosting and what I received was a dark blue (almost navy) color. I politely asked the employee if it would be possible to redo it, and she kindly agreed. I even confirmed that she was comfortable doing so. She was professional, helpful, and respectful throughout the interaction. Food waste is a normal and unavoidable part of running a food business, and resolving minor issues professionally is part of customer service. Retaining loyal, paying customers should matter far more than having the last word

The flavors they added for summer are so good . The customer service was amazing. He was so sweet, laughed with us, made us feel very welcome . Definitely going back

They are taking long time for uber eats order I waist my time there because I get a order they say 5 minute five minute but not making order finally I just cancel order and leave shop they don’t know value of time bad experience overall it garbage that’s why this store rating is 3.5😂😂
