Tonight, I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at this location. I arrived and was sat by 6:15 PM. The restaurant was not even half full. Got a little busier as we waited at our table. The server was able to bring the side salad for my three-year-old niece and take our orders and bring us our drinks. We never saw her again. It was after 7 PM when we finally tired of waiting and packed up and my partner left with my niece to put her in the car, and I went to the register to pay for the salad and the drinks. I was barely offered an apology and merely told that they would cover the salads and the drinks. We are long time customers at Gondolier and usually have a great experience at the Maryville location. We visited the Lenoir City location recently and had a terrible experience unfortunately. Upon entering, we were not greeted and our server was very unfriendly. It was not the typical friendly environment we have always enjoyed about Gondolier. To make things worse, one of our orders, the Greek salad, had a black hair in it. We promptly told the staff and alerted the manager who took that item off of our bill and offered to remake the salad. However, that incident ruined our meal completely. We were so disgusted and worried about other dishes having hair in them as well. None of us could eat the rest of our entrees and we declined a new salad. I recently had a pleasant meal here! The food quality was good and the service was too! I can't say it was earth shatteringly great but all in all, a solid 4 stars for sure!

Always a restaurant you can depend upon for a great meal. Yesterday our Tortellini w Sausage and Manicotti w Meatballs came out piping hot and were absolutely delicious! Enough for leftovers too. Our Server Yurman did a fantastic job!!! Thank you Gondolier!

Great place for a delicious meal and generous desserts. Lunch specials are well portioned and priced well. The meat sauce on the pasta was very good😁 Pizza good choice too and the burgers looked good as well. Lots to choose from.
