GOMIJ Literally has the best fish I’ve ever tasted! We took their tuna and made the freshest sushi rolls imaginable! My kids adore the salmon and tuna! I cannot rave enough about the quality and professionalism:
Gomij produces some of the freshest fish I’ve ever had!!!!!! They use the traditional Japanese ikejime method, and the quality really shows — better texture, cleaner taste, and incredible freshness. You can tell they truly care about the process and the product. Highly recommend supporting this company!!!!!
