The landlord won't replace the furnace so they are working with hats on and electric heaters running because it's so cold in there!! The landlord hasn't fixed the heat since December 21st of 2025. We placed our order on January 2nd. These people are amazing their food is always amazing their service is always amazing. It's just a shame that they are being treated like this. Mai is a wonderful person that just wants to do her job the best she can and she's wonderful at it and she makes wonderful friends while she does it and the food is always fresh and delicious and the portions are generous. It's a shame that they have to work in these conditions!!

Never have I ever opened up a Chinese combination plate to see more white styrofoam than food. The portions are incredibly small and the food is cold and nasty. My husband and I ordered 2 combination plates for lunch with two appetizers. The place was completely empty and the customer service was not pleasant. We were told 10 minutes the food would be done. We got the food and ate 5 minutes later only to be shocked by the tablespoon portion of rice in each of our plates along with old, burnt looking chicken. The food was lukewarm and it’s very obvious that it’s not freshly cooked and appetizers were cold. The sauce that came with the scallion pancakes was pure water with a dab of brown coloring. Went today at lunch time, not a soul in there and we could hear them microwaving our food. Portions were so small , we got 1 scoop of rice. Needless to say we were still hungry after we finished our meals. It's to bad cause the food was good but portions were stingy. Won't be back

Poor service very rude woman 12 bucks for old dry rice, over cooked wings, nasty ribs and ok spring roll Place was dirty, very warm no AC? Poor experience at best

We always take out, only ate in once and oddly enough the food wasn't as good as we usually find it. Very strange but that was probably about 8 years ago. The food is always hot and ready when I arrive to pick up. We judge Asian restaurant by the quality of the crab Rangoon and fried rice. Usually both are delicious. It wasn't as good this time. Maybe just an off day. We get take out here about once a month.
