Blackbird Gluten Free Bakery

This was an experience!! Hands-down one of the very best - if not THE BEST - gluten free bakeries we’ve ever been to! Everything we tasted was better than the last! Whoopie pies, salted chocolate cookie sandwich, cupcakes, cookies, carrot cake, cinnamon rolls and …. Wait for it… INSANELY GOOD pizza (we had a pepperoni slice with dairy free cheese that was outstanding!). And we couldn’t resist hitting the freezer on the way out to bring home a chicken pot pie, lasagna, Italian wedding soup and breaded chicken cutlets (our eyes were absolutely bigger than our stomachs but at least we could skip the grocery store on the way home ;). We will be back for their spinach pie and English muffins! Worth the drive and every single bite! Thank you Judy and team!!!

I would leave a 10 star review, however 5 is the limit. Blackbird Gluten Free Bakery took a mere vision for this cake and not only brought it to reality, but even better than I could have imagined! The best part, not only was it beautiful, it was DELICIOUS! Not everyone enjoying the cake was Gluten Free, and everyone was in shock at how delicious it was! This cake was truly the topper to a wonderful birthday for my daughter!

Unbelievable!!! Safe AND delicious. I must admit I’m hooked on the raspberry squares, Eclairs, spinach pie, chicken pie, carrot cake, lemon cupcakes , whoopie pies, okok I love it all. If you haven’t been there, you are truly missing out. Stop in say hello and pick up a little something for yourself and a friend. 😉
