Golden Dragon

This is the default Chinese restaurant for my household due to the location. The food is consistently delicious. I will warn you when you go in to pick it up don't look at anything in the lobby too hard it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in quite a while. The language barrier is sometimes hard to work around but doable. The egg rolls are some of the best in Summerville and the prices are quite reasonable for the amount of food you get.

I ordered their yesterday for lunch. Got a house fried rice, four wings. Went to the car and look in my tray. Look through the rice. Did not have any shrimps with house fried rice. It's supposed to come with all the meat so I went back inside and told the lady that I did not see any shrimp in my meal. She told me that you only get three shrimp. So now y'all count your shrimps so this lady goes in the back cook three shrimp and come and put them in my house fried rice. This is not a good place because why are you counting your shrimps if it's mixed in the rice?

This is a hard one to review. Why? Because this place is not aesthetically appealing, the service is not the best either, and some of the reviews here (the bad ones) might be true but.... The food is good. And the amount they serve in a lunch menu can satisfy 2 people. I've been eating here for years occasionally I'd say at least once a month, always buying the same dish (boneless spare ribs lunch plate with sweet tea) and somehow I know I shouldn't but I'm tempted to do it, tempted to eat unhealthy, tempted that once a month I need this type of food, it tastes good, not gourmet definitely but my brain pushes me to have this and I like it, it's a guilty pleasure hidden in our brains, in my brain... Recommended if you are in a hurry and on a budget and/or if you want to eat a HUGE amount of

Boneless spare ribs are 100% the best I've ever had. Most placed and probably pan fried and tossed on sauce, these are grilled or broiled. They have a char and smoke flavor that is phenomenal. The veggie lo main had zucchini and mushrooms and broccoli that you don't normally get from Chinese places. I will not go anywhere else. 100/100

I have never eaten here but its close to my house so I stopped. First i stopped and backed out of the place to see the rating on the door because it’s filthy, but it had an A. The women was so rude, rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth and walking away, I left. I would never spend money anywhere the staff is this rude, if your over it close the doors. DON’T GO THERE.
