Go Smoke Wagon Shawarma

I had the pleasure of trying out this food truck today when I was at the Northridge Farmer Market. They were parked toward the back but I been craving some Kebabs so today was the perfect time to get some. I looked at their menu first and knew I was going to go with the Beef Shish Kebab plate. I didn't have to order at the truck, one of the lady working walked out of the truck to take my other. I asked if I could sub out the hummus and they allowed me to get extra shirazi salad which is my favorite. They said it would take about ten minutes to make. The key to eating kebab is that you have to eat it when it comes out from the grill and hot. If you eat it after it gets cold then it won't taste great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We tried Go Smoke Wagon and were absolutely blown away! The chicken plate was delicious—every bite was packed with flavor. The rice was perfectly seasoned, and the hummus was some of the best we’ve ever had. We also tried their chicken sandwich, and it was equally amazing. The rich sauce in the sandwich had just the right amount of spice, making it stand out from anything else we’ve tried. Jorge provided outstanding service and made the experience even better. If you’re looking for something new or craving incredible Mediterranean food, Go Smoke Wagon is the place to go. Highly recommend!

JUICIEST CHICKEN SAMMY EVER!!! every bite the chicken was juicy and flavorful. i was recommended the spicy chicken sandwich which might be an off-menu item but oh my god this was one of the best sandwiches i've ever tasted...and it was a pretty big portion. the owner was the sweetest man and and the food was ready fast. just look at this sandwich... you will not regret it!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting “Go Smoke Wagon”, and it was a fantastic experience! The food truck was clean and vibrant, drawing in a friendly crowd. I tried the Shawarma Wrap and it is by far the best in town. The wrap was packed with flavor, with tender, juicy meat and fresh toppings that added a perfect crunch. The service was quick and the staff were incredibly friendly, taking the time to answer my questions and make recommendations. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and generous portion sizes. I highly recommend “Go Smoke Wagon” to anyone looking for authentic and tasty Mediterranean food. I’ll definitely be back to try more items from their menu!

I come here every night and let me tell you that the food here is a 10/10 every item on their menus is a 10/10 the LULE KEBAB PLATE was amazingly good with the rice omg blew my tastebuds away lol but the shawarma wrap with pork was mind blowing 🤤🤯 every bite I took tasted like heaven, I didn’t have to add anything is was so good. If you come by this plz don’t hesitate to try them out they will not disappoint trust me
