Gloucester Pancake House

This is my 4th time eating here. The service is great! The waitresses/waiter are attentive. The breakfast tastes good and comes out presentable. The food tastes clean without any greasy or oily residue or aftertaste. The restaurant is small in size but has a charming southern feel. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Arrived early on a Sunday morning and glad we did. By 0830 the restaurant was almost full to capacity. The menu had a nice variety of things to include some Hispanic dishes if you like getting your spice on in the morning. Had the Bacon Omelette which came with toast and my choice of grits and their Gloucester Combo (French toast, eggs, bacon). The food was just ok, fresh and nothing really bad about it, but there was no real love put into it. Like the eggs were dry and their omelette is what I call a cheater omelette aka rolled up scrambled eggs. Our waitress was awesome though. Gave recommendations, good convo, the works. The decor was nice, clean, and welcoming too. Glad we stopped in on our way back home from a trip.

1st time here, very good food, very fast service, very friendly! While waiting for my food, I notice they have a lot of regular customers that go here. They know them all by name. Too bad they don't have one in Richmond where I'm from.

This is a very nice place for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is always very clean. They even have tablecloths on every table and in booths. I like that you can get breakfast or lunch any time. One of my favorites is the club sandwich for breakfast. It is delicious and I don't need to eat again until dinner. It's tucked away so be on the lookout.

Food arrived swiftly . Sausage wasn't cooked all way. Waitress Never came back to table to offer refill of drink . Waitress had attitude because I didn't want to sit in middle aisle with all the patrons traffic The other waitress frequent the surrounding tables Total $ 18.19 ORDER: Waffle combo  = waffle 2 eggs 2 sausage link which were still pink.
