Glidden's Island Seafood

I love Nantucket Bay Scallops and when the scalloper I normally order from couldn't supply me, he recommended Glidden's. The service could not have been more professional and the scallops fresher and more delicious. I ordered 10 pounds and they shipped them overnight to NYC. When they arrived, they were properly packaged in one pound bags and packed with cold packs in a reusable styrofoam container. Absolutely delighted to have found a new source and a local company to support in Nantucket. THANK YOU to the scallopers, the staff and the owners. Great find.

Great seafood store. Everything was pretty fresh and there is a solid selection of fish & lobsters. 🎣🦞

Stopped by the shop to pick up something for dinner and the lady suggested swordfish tips and recommended I kabob them with peppers and onions. THIS WAS THE BEST SWORDFISH IVE EVER HAD. Amazing recommendation, super friendly staff, delicious fresh seafood. I could not have been happier!

The new owners have done a great job of stepping up an already solid seafood market. They have added a take-out option and it is great. Fried clams, tuna melt, calamari, ect. All great options for a quick pickup- no seating.

Freshest fish tacos and fish and chips at reasonable prices. Would be great to have a sitting area to enjoy the food as its only take out but we sat on the bench outside the store to enjoy the food. Definitely worth coming back.
