Glen Rock Public Library

The librarians at the Glen Rock library are incredibly rude and condescending. It is a shame that a community hub such as this is being run by an unprofessional groups of librarians and creating an unwelcoming atmosphere for patrons. I would recommend some emotional intelligence courses for the librarians and management in order to create a more welcoming climate for children and adults alike.

Great library for kids! Besides books, lots of things to do even when there is no program going on, including doll house, train track, legos, felt board, magnet board, legos & fish tank. For the adults, they have a table set up with a chess set & one with a checkers set. NOTE: The Children's Department takes three brief programming breaks during the year (one in late Aug/early Sept, one over the winter holidays, and another in late June/early July) in order to prepare and gear up for the next season. Check the calendar or call before going if you are hoping to attend the program

I had a very good experience with Glen Rock library. First, I found it very cozy and welcoming. Second, staff was super helpful. I felt right at home.
