Wonderful food!! Having eaten their food from the lunch trailers at auctions, we loved the fresh made from scratch foods. We ordered the potato salad for the Hurst family Easter meal and got cleaned out!! So when our son was engaged this fall we were planning the reception meal with the church he attends in west Texas. I said we have a caterer that makes the best potato salad in the USA!! We ordered 2 weeks ahead, 7 gallon, 200 people, and took it with us for Nov 23rd. Paired with smoked brisket it was the hit of the evening !!😋 We were overwhelmed with people asking where can we get potato salad like this! Thanks Gleason's, you have a wonderful crew and deliver consistent tasty products! Julie and I are pleased to be able to have such great food in our area.

Marilyn was wonderful to work with and the food is amazing! Gleason's catered our wedding and they did a wonderful job. Our guests loved the food and they made sure everything went smoothly.

We use Gleasons to cater at work very often, they are always on time, friendly and helpful. Bonus their food is always delicious. Their cinnamon rolls and potato salad are a couple of my favorites!
