I’m on my lunch break tell me why we got 20 people waiting in line for one register while two workers are just standing in the kitchen not even making anything just looking at us, this is why kwik trip is better, attentive employees who take care of customers, wasted half of my break waiting in line because Casey’s hires scrubs who are lazy and move like molasses

Friendly ,helpful staff and bathrooms are always clean. Food never disappoints. I have recently been helped by Anthony who is the manager and Dakota who is a cashier. They are always helpful and offer great customer service. Needless to say I shop there regularly and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work guys, it is appreciated.

If I could I wouldnt give any stars. The past 2 times I have put an online order for a pizza I’m told 20 min I get here after 20 min and they haven’t even started it both times and I was the only customer and only order. But then 3 employees come in from a smoke break and tell me my order just came in. Like no you just noticed it after ur smoke break. Then you have one employee in the store working while they are busy Worst Casey’s I have ever been to.

Just know you aren’t getting your food on time. Each and every time my family and I order from here we show up on time only to be told we haven’t started your pizza yet. Worthless employees!

ordered a pizza, when I checked out had 4$ in caseys cash applied. charged me without the caseys cash. also kept prompting a free delivery coupon that was not valid. paid 8$ for a delivery that should've been 0. theirs no reason the pizza I ordered at 5:15 in the morning expected at 5:50 should arrive 45 minutes late (after 85 minutes of waiting on a 35 minute eta). ordered at work. days almost over. could've picked it up myself at the end of my shift at this point. and saved the 8$ on my 17$ pizza I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. eta needs to be fixed. this is poor service
