We’ve been here a couple times now and every time we’ve been here the experience was the same. Walking in you are immediately greeted by the staff, the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I first noticed how clean everything was from the tables to the floors. The salt and pepper shakers are shining and the ketchup bottles are clean and filled. You can tell they are all checked and serviced frequently. The staff is great, they are very attentive and helpful. Servers are sure to check on you to make sure your table has everything everyone needs. The best part is the wait has not been very long any of the times we have been there. Gladys’s is a wonderful small diner that never disappoints. I go there for breakfast and occasionally lunch, and the food is always excellent—especially their amazing burgers. The service is truly phenomenal: friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time. It has that classic diner feel that keeps you coming back. I highly recommend Gladys’s and give it a well-deserved five stars!

It's a cozy place with a staff that is very respectful and welcoming and made me feel like I've been going there for years. The coffee was just the way I liked it. They cooked my eggs to my liking which for some places is difficult. This place made me feel like I was a guest in a persons home.
