Girls Gone BBQ

This is our new favorite place to get barbecue! We love that they're LGBTQ friendly and welcoming, and the food was beyond amazing! We ordered the family pack that feeds 8-10 and it definitely will. We have 4 people in our house and we will have food for days! Every meat was delicious including the soy curls. There are quite a few vegan options on the menu along with beef, chicken and pork! If you crave BBQ, this is the only place you should go.

Girls Gone BBQ exceeded my expectations with their alpha gal and vegan-friendly choices. It's thoughtful that they store the alpha gal and vegan BBQ sauce separately to prevent any cross-contamination. The server's knowledge of ingredients and alpha gal was impressive. The vegan smoked black-eyed peas were delightful, and the vegan frito chili pie, featuring BBQ beans instead of meat chili, was a flavorful twist that I thoroughly enjoyed.

What a gem of a place! Tucked away in the corner of a shopping center, you’d never expect to find a good BBQ joint. But we did! From the funky retro decor, to the friendly owner, to the great food, it was a great dining experience. My wife had the Sister Rosetta Tharpe Salad (I know…at a BBQ place…smh), but it also had pulled pork on top and she didn’t leave any of it in the bowl! I had the brisket plate with smoked black-eyed peas and smoked Gouda mac & cheese. You have 3 choices of sauce on the table…spicy, tangy, and sweet…I went with the spicy. Oh, and it came with a piece of really good cornbread, which I thoroughly enjoyed dunking in the black-eyed pea broth! Usually when I eat a meal, there’s one item on the plate that stands above the others, so you want that to be your last bite…s

Great hospitality! I had the brisket and pulled pork and they were both great! The Mac and cheese and potato salad on the side was also excellent. They also had a wide variety of sauces and dips to choose from.

Very good. Nice service. You get a lot more food than it looks. The BBQ has really good flavor. You don't need sauce, but if you use any I recommend the spicy or vegan. All the sides are really good as well. My only complaint, if i had to say any, would be the sweet tea is not sweet at all. Other than that, this place is deffinatly worth it.
