Everyone LOVED the macrons at my daughter’s wedding! The fact that they were gluten free and dairy free so everyone could enjoy was amazing, they were gone in minutes! The chai cake with fig filling for the bride and groom to cut was heaven and looked exactly like the bride requested! Erin is wonderful and EVERYTHING she bakes is outstanding, try it all! Guests from Portland said they would be making the drive just for her macrons. 10 out of ten!

Erin is amazing! Her macarons are the best around hands down! Her other treats like granola and canelés are just as good. I have used girllovecake for all my personal events including my wedding and baby shower. Erin is creative and very helpful. She will bring you ideas to life. I am dairy free and she consistently has amazing flavor options to choose from. There is no other baker I know of providing dairy free macarons! I will never order anywhere else. These macarons were an absolute HIT as wedding favors! We tried some at the Tacoma Wedding Expo, immediately fell in love with them, and knew we wanted to have them at our wedding. When we found out Erin could put basically anything on the macarons that sealed the deal. We had a photo of us and our wedding date printed on the shells. And it looked SO GOOD!!!!! I purposely bought extra knowing I would want to have some for us to enjoy after the wedding. I made my own little tags for them just in case, but I didn’t even need to! She had labeled the bottom of the bags with the flavors and allergy info already. Erin was so easy to contact with and helpful when we placed our order. It was a breeze. Ordered for a college event, they were delicious! Pictures of samples were provided for final decisions on appearance, and the flavors were creative and perfectly balanced. Definitely buy from this local shop if you want the food at your event to be a hit! 🥳
