Giovannis Roast Beef and Pizza

Just moved from Malden to Revere and used to order from here very often. After having already delivered to my new address twice, they now tell me I'm beyond the 3.6 miles delivery radius. I'm 3.3 miles away. Happy to take my business when I'm right around the corner all these years. Happy to take my business on a slow night at my new address too. Now I'm too far when you're busy? Told me to order door dash or uber eats. Hey, I'll find someone else within 3.3 or less miles who wants $50-$150 of business weekly. Still 5 stars though. food here is delicious. Best pizza in Malden. Telling a long term customer to resort to uber eats is a real slap in the face, especially after telling me I'm within delivery location. Uber eats doesn't care about customers, and I thought you all did. Will

I really wanted that thinly sliced, tightly built roast beef with provolone & sauce for balanced flavor with O-rings ~ Yum! Instead I opened my wrapped sandwich to find sauce stopped all over then bread, meat & foiled wrapper ~ the beef was definitely thicker & as I bit & pulled, the beef (& sauce) just kept coming! I could only manage half the sandwich The O-rings were very good ~ May have been hand made ~ hot, crispy, [most] not too thick & portion nicely fit my comfort level My order was to go

I ordered a wrap and was sent a soggy sub instead. Called them back and the manager was very argumentative and asked for the sub that was sent to me in order to replace it with the wrap 😳. Like what are they gonna do with the sub re-sell it after I touched it. Anyways got a wrap sent to me the second time around with all the wrong ingredients. Seriously their place needs new management how are they even getting any business. I tell you one thing they will not get a penny more from me

My favorite place! Food always good and on time 10/10

Oh whew!!!! #1 in the area hands down! I absolutely love Italian Subs and I am picky! I like my bread and meat toasted, specific toppings along with oregano, oil, hots etc. and they absolutely delivered over and above! It was the best sub I have had in years! I also ordered the chef salad for another few meals. Love them and will remain a customer!
