Giovanni's New York Pizza

This place is a favorite for whenever I'm visiting family in Martinsburg. The pizza never disappoints and punches way over its weight. Definitely seems to use quality ingredients for the pizza and I think the owner told me he even uses Grande brand cheese which is some of the best. Also the steak and cheese has always been solid, love their rolls and they don't skimp you on the steak.

First time here and dig the TMNT and Coke theme, feels very classically American. They weren't happy with how my pizza cooked ( I was very happy with it, so delicious!) so I get to take this one home. Sweet tea here is superb and the hot dogs were loved by my kids, and my wife polished off her meatball sub. Everything we got we loved and we were treated extremely well!

The staff here were the absolute nicest — truly went above and beyond. One of the ladies even gave my daughter eight quarters so she could get something from the gumball machines, which completely made her day. The food was great, but the customer service is what really stood out. It’s rare to find a place where people genuinely care like that. We will definitely be back!

I haven’t been here in about 20 years. It was a family favorite when I was growing up, so today I decided to take our kids in and carry on the tradition. Everything was amazing, and even better than I remember. The woman working was so sweet. She noticed me giving the kids quarters for the gumball machine, and when I ran out, she came over and gave me $5 in quarters to give to the kids. An all around great experience, and we will be back soon!
