Giovanni's Brick Oven Express Italian Market

First time visiting Giovanni’s Brick Oven Express Market, Pottstown, PA and it was a delicious experience! My Hoagie Guru friend Bill located the establishment via Google and suggested we give it a try; good choice as usual Bill! The “Godfather” was the choice of the day, featuring: prosciutto, capicola, superstate, and smoked aged provolone was presented on a Corropolese, seeded roll. The restaurant is loaded with Italian specialty foods and requires a bit of time to check out the amazing selection. The only drawback was the thicker than usual slices of prosciutto which proved a bit tough, making it difficult to bite and chew. All in all, I highly recommend a visit when in the area!

I didn’t get the name of the guy who helped me last night but they were super helpful and hooked me up with a heart shaped pizza a couple days before valentines day & made to order. This isn’t the first time we have eaten with Giovanni’s. The food is high quality.

Nice clean little restaurant, pizza was very good. Huge assortment of pasta, drinks, pizza and desserts. Very pleasant place to stop in for a quick lunch.

Nice Italian market. I went in for the first time last week. This is a veryut alas clean, well organized store with super friendly staff. Lot's of goods imported from Italy. The sweets looked really tempting but alas I stuck to the provolone and pasta I went there for.
