Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

This was a order for that cost $118.00 and the delivery bs was cold when it was to be a HOT ham and cheese the order was not right they made a cheese pizza when I ordered cheese bread and then they took the food to the kitchen and then brought the same food back out to me and the when they made the cheese bread the bottom of it was burnt And there was table where people was there and they had not been clean food a trays set on the table s and there was no one there when I got there and I was there for 40 minutes before another customer came in and not one person cleaned the table and there was 3 of r 4 guys and a girl there that I could see for sure

Ordered 3 Baked Spaghetti’s & one order of ten wings! Crazy portions and the garlic bread was yummy! Great thing about their containers is that you may refrigerate & bake again! Very swift in ordering over the phone so tipped the pick up window 10%. $61 for everything but totally could feed 6 people if needed! Local favorite & close to the Interstate Ramps.

On our way back home to Virginia, we stopped to grab a bite for lunch at Gino’s. To put it plainly, the food was actually pretty good! My issue was, the restaurant itself was not very clean (the tables, high chair, floors, and bathrooms specifically). You can’t expect exceptional cleanliness from a roadside diner though, so I’m not too upset about that. My main issue was how long the food took. My flatbread pizza went from being my food to being an appetizer for my husband, son, and I because their spaghetti and philly cheese steak with fries came out about 30 minutes after. My son’s spaghetti was cold, so we had to send it back. They brought us a fresh plate within minutes though, and he approved of it as you can see from the pictures. Food was trash. What was there was put together sloppy. Hardly got any food in my canzone. 3 pepperoni on my son's pizza. Used to be good food.now its garbage.

Over $9 for a half the size paper thin burnt mess. When asked about not being the size it should be we got excueses about how different ginos have different sizes. When told about burnt and hard as rock crust was told very huffy well I can remake it if you want. Never again will I waste my money on a paper thin tasteless burnt mess. Do yourself a favor save your money !!!! Absolutely disgusted
