In the past, I've always gotten beautiful cakes here. I always order for the holidays, and love getting halfmoon cakes for special occasions. I was upset with my recent order though. It's been a couple of years since I've ordered a halfmoon cake, but the previous cakes I've purchased have been so beautiful, and I've always raved about Gingerbread's halfmoon cakes. This morning, they were running a bit behind with my order and I feel that it reflects in the work. When I called after seeing the decoration, I was assured that the frosting is always smoothed down as opposed to having a full boarder, and I felt very brushed off. For $35, I was surprised as I feel like the price has gone up & I know other local bakeries are charging $10 less for the same product, but it was worth it for me based

The staff are always nice and help you quickly. If you are a fan of any baked goods these are the best in the area! Fresh and tasty

Gingerbread bake shop is the best bakery in Oneida County. They have the best cakes, icing, and half moons. We connected with Jaime to get a cake baked for our wedding. It came out beautiful! We went with layers of raspberry and lemon cake with raspberry cream and buttercream icing. It was absolutely delicious. They don’t use artificial coloring which is a plus! I HIGHLY recommend Gingerbread Bake Shop for all baked goods and beautiful wedding cakes.
