Gigi's Cupcakes

Happened upon them and grabbed a pair of red velvet cupcakes for my sister and I. These were some of the most scrumptious red velvets we've ever had. Moist and flavorful and not too crumbly. An absolutely delightful bite. Service was so amazing and quick. And a very respectable price for quality cupcakes! Will be making it a regular stop when we visit from now on!

So we ordered a wedding cake that cost more then $500, When we got it the cake was sinking and all cracked from the back, Bethany stayed “I took pics of the cake before it leaving the store the cake was fine” Bethany sent me the pic and of course it was of only the front of the cake not the back, GiGis wants go “cover themselves” with only one side of the cake. I sent her a video and pics of how bad it looks. Again she stated the cake was fine as the pic shows. Why didn’t she take pics all round the cake to show how bad it looked. Also the 1st layer was dry cake looked like it was made the day before. Save your time and money and go else where. I didn’t ask for all my money back just 1/2 since it was a half job and was told no. Bethany stated “don’t let a mistake ruin your special day”Li

We stopped by to buy cupcakes for my Daughters 25 Birthday. Place was spotless and the customers service was fabulous. Lots of variety of buttercream cupcakes. As a former bakery & bagel shop owner in NJ it is interesting how bakeries are run. I love how everything is labeled and in its place.

Overpriced. LOOK good…. Must have been days old bc they were crunchy. They literally crumbled when we cut them. Icing came off like Play-Doh.

On January 24, we ordered cupcakes for a surprise birthday party for my teenage daughter's Friend. On February 5, we called to confirm . And they confirmed the order saying to pay them by Monday, February 9. We called several times on February 9 and no one ever answered the phone during business hours on February 10 we called and We paid for the order. When we arrived on February 11, there were no cupcakes!! The lady there said that she seen where we had paid for the cupcakes, but she did not see an order sheet so they didn't bother to make them. They did offer a refund but no concern for the fact that we now have a birthday party that is just two hours away and we have no cupcakes. I definitely would not recommend them.
