Giff's Barbecue

The staff is amazing. The owner came over to our table to make sure we were good. We are from Pittsburgh so seeing all the Steeler items on the wall was amazing but to find out they are on the Steeler Registry in little old Kanab was an amazing surprise. They had their version of the Primanti’s sandwich called the Giff, amazing. 5 Stars on Food 5 Stars on services 5 Stars on Atmosphere Every time we go to Kanab we know where we will go. Football fans, especially Steeler fans, should make this the place to go to.

Giff's Barbeque, great meat and pulled pork sandwich is very tasty and meaty! The sides are rich in flavors, the smoked meats such as brisket, ribs, and chicken are all equally smoky and tasty! Very worth the visit. The place is also attached to a trading post where you can buy souvenirs and see a small western museum.

Had a fantastic dinner at Giff’s. I had the pulled pork with the potato’s & my hubby had the brisket with the baked beans. It did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly! Oh & the peach cobbler was delish!

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Giff's Barbeque! Being originally from Kansas City, I am a bit of a barbeque snob. Giff's did not disappoint. It's locally owned and operated and the service is very friendly and casual. So far, I've tried the brisket and pulled pork and both were juicy and tender. They offer 4 types of barbeque sauce. The signature sauce with bacon and bourbon is outstanding and the dutch oven potatoes and beans are a standout. Portion sizes are generous and pricing is very fair. And if you're a sports fan, they have several large tv's to watch. A "must try"!

Hands down best beef brisket I’ve had anywhere. And their potatoes, omg. If I ever moved to Kanab I’d eat here a few times a week! 🫡
