Gibson's Midway

Visiting family from out of town. This was my first time visit here. Midway was having their Fall festival and we sat outside on the patio so we could listen to the live music. We ordered the Belgium pasta and enjoyed the penne with pesto alfredo and grilled chicken. The pork chop with the peach sauce and fingerling potatoes was very good. Would recommend that dish to anyone.

Great dinner and drinks. Ending up in the lower level bar… cozy and friendly. We had southwest chicken egg rolls for appetizer. Delicious! Then split fish sandwich. Also great!

Really Great food! Really Great Drinks! Outstanding service!! After talking with our Fantastic Server, Paula, we discovered that they have been through a few menu changes since they originally opened. That change is good, very good. Very tasty. I had the peach glazed pork chop, just a touch of sweet, and thick cut... Phenomenal! It was served with fingerling potatoes and shaved brussel sprouts, that were seasoned and roasted perfectly. I started with the house salad, they have all house made dressings. Their warm bacon vinaigrette was the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and luscious smoky, salty, bacon! Mike kept us feeling good, with some awesome drinks, and exemplary service.... The aesthetics inside and outside are fun and well worth looking around. It was clean and welcoming.

The place where everyone knows your name . A grear cozy bar & restaurant. Where you can meet people who are warm and friendly an the food is awesome! A great restaurant upstairs. An a nice cozy bar downstairs. The staff are friendly an hardworking. An they care about their customers. The menu has alot of great dishes on it an there are plenty of great drinks an a couple tvs to watch sports on. Karaoke on friday an Saturday 8pm to 12 am . Lots of great singers an plenty of regulars who are always ready to have a drink or dinner an great conversation and plenty of parking in the quiet, cozy town of Midway.

Drinks are incredible. The best Moscow Mule I've ever had!! Atmosphere is great with Kentucky bourbon nostalgia, just love it! The food is SUPER FRESH and made from scratch in house per order! Our host was McKenna B. and she was an awesome host. Very kind hearted.
