Gibby's Ice Cream and Grill

It's alright. There was a small wait when we first walked in since the drive thru was busy and there was only two people working. The ice cream was okay. Lots of variety, and a solid choice of hot food items. The food items aren't anything special, but if your craving one of the things they offer, it'll satisfy you. Overall, not bad. I'd stop here again if I was wanting some ice cream while passing through.

If you want terrible service and rude staff this is your new favorite place, but for normal people this is the worst place you could ever ask for. The patty shown in the photo is $10 so be prepared to break the bank too

I don’t know what on Earth happened to this place since a couple summers ago, but it’s NOT good. For an ice cream parlor, it’s wild that nearly all of the hand-dipped flavors had crunchy crystals from wet scoops and/or poor temperature control. The prices were higher than before, though with a negative correlation in quality. The fried foods I sampled from my wife tasted old and stale, as if the cooking fat used is somehow lower-grade. The chili on my grandmother’s fries looked and tasted grainy and burnt. My $14 macaroni and cheese had the flavor of unsalted pasta in wrongly done béchamel, and the pulled pork on top was practically a stringy barbecue sauce. I went in here and 2 workers were really amazing, they told me their names were Levi and Brycen. They made my ice cream really fast and looked very handsome in their aprons. They even walked me out to my car when there was a scary person outside. Truly top class workers that could not be replaced

Best ice cream I have had!! Been here a few times and continue to try different hand dipped ice cream options. They have all been delicious. The food is tasty as well! The updated atmosphere - inside and outside are both very nice and refreshing. The vast variety of food options on the updated menu is helpful to ensure everyone can find something they will like!
