Giant Pizza

I've ordered here about 6 times. The pizza is good. However, there was one time when I ordered over the phone and arrived about 10 minutes after the estimated completion time. The guy working there told me he "thought I forgot about it". What??? Today, I ordered an extra large pizza over the phone, and I specified cheese at the start of the call. I came in to pick it up, and he said "you said pepperoni". I never once in my call said the word "pepperoni". I only said cheese. He tried to put the blame on me and had an attitude. I'm never spending money here again.

I ordered from this place quite a bit and today is the last straw. The past few times I have them my card info over the phone just to have the delivery driver ask for cash because the order taker didn't let them know I paid with a card. I couldn't leave the driver a tip because I had no cash. Now just tried to order with them and obviously there was a phone issue so I called again just to be hung up on. They just lost a repeat customer. They are not professional and organized.

Don’t get me wrong the pizza here is good but I looked at their prices for bottled water and they were 60 cents each, I got 4 and they wanted to charge me $5.00 I said no thank you then they tried to lower it to $4.00 then $3.00. This tells me they are getting over on people, overcharging them

I was happy with my Pizza other than I could have used a little bit more mozzarella.

Unfortunately the customer service was horrible today. Not sure if this this under new ownership or not but both the man and the woman was not friendly and didn’t understand English.
