Customer Reviews
Worst experience of my life, not sure why this store would hire such ill mean people. I needed some help at the register and I asked an employee for help. She literally ripped my receipt out of machine and stormed off. My husband asked her why she was so upset. She snapped at him while eating at the register smacking her lips together. Not only was she rude but she also needed some grooming and a shower. We stopped here at the Bethel Park store because we were at Walmart. Never again, I will stick with GE in Caste or GE in Brentwood.
This Giant Eagle is unfortunately not like other locations. The store is often dirty, frequently out of basic items, and the checkout lines are consistently long. What’s most disappointing is the repeated experience of rude customer service and management. I gave it more than one chance, but after multiple poor visits, I’ve decided to shop elsewhere.
In desperate need of new management and a revitalization. Since this property has been taken over by Walmart, this store has fallen well below Giant Eagle standards. This was our main store as we live five minutes from here, but after numerous occasions of rotten or out of expiration food, we will be looking elsewhere. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I kind of wish. Walmart would just take over entirely.
Am I the only one that feels majority of stocking shelves should be when store is not open. The baking aisle today you couldn’t even get down so many carts full of merchandise. Oh and do you think anyone working would ever ask if you need help when you are straining to look behind or move said carts….. general manager maybe come up with better system
to be honest, this giant eagle used to have a really bad smell, but it has gotten better overtime. Overall things are expensive, but that’s mostly because of economic situations and not purely because of giant eagle I think overall it’s a good place to shop and if you’re looking for a reliable places, clean and people are friendly, then you can’t do a lot better than this place here
