Ghibli Mediterranean Cuisine

The food was outstanding and full of flavor. I got the lunch portion- prices are fair and portions were good, I even had leftovers. I also got the baklava and coffee, which were both incredible. I only eat baklava when I’m in NYC because any one I’ve had in FW wasn’t authentic or good, until now. Ghibli’s baklava really is authentically made, fresh, and perfectly balanced. It was such a treat! The coffee was sooooo good, too. I can’t wait to come back. If you’re in the area, definitely give them a try or even if you have to drive across town, it’ll be well worth it!

Ghibli Middle Eastern is the real deal, not just because the food is amazing but because the family running it makes you feel like you’re part of theirs. I tried the new cutlet dinner with fries and a fresh fattoush salad and it was phenomenal. The cutlets were juicy and packed with flavor, the meal came with a sriracha style creamy mayo I wanted to put on everything, and the fattoush with lemon vinaigrette was super fresh and bright. What sets this place apart is the people. They welcome you like you’re walking into their home, and you can taste the pride they put into every bite. If you’re in Fort Wayne, don’t miss Ghibli. The cutlet dinner is outstanding, but seriously, don’t sleep on their shawarma bowls either. Both are next level good.

I ordered the shawarma bowl, and it was SO TASTY!!! The chicken was perfectly seasoned. The mix of fresh veggies, warm rice, and creamy garlic sauce tied everything together perfectly. Every bite had that perfect balance of spice, crunch, and freshness. The portion size was generous, and the presentation made it feel like a restaurant-quality meal even in a takeout bowl. If you love Mediterranean food (or even if you’re new to it), this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back for another bowl!!!

My favorite Fort Wayne restaurant! Employees are kind, fast, and efficient! Best falafel in the Midwest! Everything made to order. Definitely stop in for the perfect lunch to-go! I cannot recommend this place enough. The new Dubai chocolate is delicious, highly recommend!
