Gerardo's Pizzeria, Mt. Kisco, NY

Took over an hour to deliver my pizza. The delivery guy wanted to leave it out in front of my building, mind you I added a 22% tip! The pie was cold, and lacked flavor... it seems the quality has gone way down with the new owners... You will not save a business by using chep ingredients, i paid $46.46 (for one lasagna pie 16 inch with added sausage) in total and for that level of cost I expect a quality product.

I've been a repeat customer for years, love the food and the new guys in the front are welcoming and very friendly. The place can use a touch up though, the tvs were turned off and there was no music, I would order takeout as it is always cold inside. Love the pizzas and pastas!!

New management is great. Pizza is better and customer service is WAY better then before. There's a new guy in the front counter, he wasnt there a couple of weeks ago, very friendly, doesnt ignore you, great customer service. They do seem to be under staffed as wait time is a little longer, but worth the wait!!

Pretty good experience. Nice Quality local place where the staff made conversation while you waited for your food. They had a good selection of pizza for how early in the morning It was. I basically had pizza for breakfast and I would go back there again. Pricing wasn’t too bad for specialty slices of pizza. I’d definitely recommend getting a full pie instead.

Pleasantly suprised! Walking by I stopped in for a quick slice. Had 1 Sicilian and one Buffalo. The Sicilian was light and airy with a nice crunch on the bottom. Buffalo slice had healthy portion of chicken and seasoned perfectly. I got the sense it was the owner that served me, he was friendly and helpful. No sign of rudeness others have mentioned. (Kind of wish he was rude, that's all that was missing from an authentic NY owner operated Pizza shop.) Found this place by accident as I was spending the day waiting at nearby Northern Westchester Hospital. May not make a longer trip here but would not hesitate to return if I were in the area. Keep up the good work, there should be more places like this.
