Stopped by today for a starter. Tracy had my order waiting on me, was very responsive and volunteered a lot of very useful information. It looks like a lot of improvements are being made in the storefront and she has some great plans. Can’t wait to bring some friends by to check out one of her classes, thank you!

Worse company ever!! Placed an order on September 19,2025 and still haven’t received the order. I am an event planner and was using these for reception at the University of Tennessee. I sent two emails called and I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but I definitely would not order anything from them.

Picked up some starter and was given a lovely extra gift. Starter is healthy and active, the crackers are a delight! Keep up the good work, your products are wonderful

THE BEST CRACKERS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. They taste SO fresh and are the perfect amount of crunch. Also, the team is so sweet and writes notes to you when you purchase online. I have shown these crackers to all my friends and they are a hit! Highly recommend!

The dough I ordered had exploded all over the package so I asked for a replacement and after 3 emails to different people, I still have not received a response. Disappointed.
