George's Take-Out

We love George’s pizza! Great food and service every time we go, we appreciate local businesses down east!

Went to pick up order after 35 minutes, wings were ready pizza wasn't, I was told to pull up and they'd bring it out. 20 minutes later I went inside and the cashier pulled my pizza out of a little warming oven. Meanwhile the wings sitting in my car were cold by the time I got home.

George’s was open and the first place we could find a good meal after getting off the ferry. I’m sure in summer there are more options, but hardly anything was open in winter. Enjoyed burgers and fries! Chicken sandwich was a typical frozen breaded patty deep fried. I think our crew of 6 ordering through the drive thru was surprising, but they handled it well.

Food isn't bad but service normally sucks. Just about everytime I go in the workers are too busy talking on the phone or cutting up between each other to pay attention to their customers. Only other thing that I wasn't pleased with is i order a sub and cheese fries, asked for some ranch and they only have me one little container. I asked for some more only to be told they are $1 each. That's crazy to charge a dollar for a small little cup of ranch

Mrs. Sheila has taken over, and the food is awesome. The worker are so friendly! It's a great place for fantastic food, great people, and an awesome time. I will be coming back, thanks for everything.
