Geno's Pizzeria

Got a recommendation for pizza and wings here from my daughter as she has celiac and Genos makes a great gluten free pizza. We ordered a small Hawaiian gluten free, small lasagna pizza and 25 BBQ wings. It was ready in the allotted window and upon getting home to try this was very happy with the result. The gluten free pizza was cooked well and the ingredients were also very good. (My son likes it and he loves Hawaiian pizza but is also sometimes picky) My lasagna pizza was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were incredible. Sausage crumbles, hamburger, ziti and ricotta with like a home-made tomato sauce, savory with a subtle sweetness and some pieces of tomato. All the flavors and the crust are fantastic. My husband and I ordered a large pizza, a garden salad and wings this evening from Geno’s. WHAT A JOKE! I understand the restaurant business and getting busy, but over 2 hours for a pizza?! We had to call them to make sure they hadn’t forgotten us. We finally get our pizza and it looked like it had been tossed around in the box, almost no cheese and it was RAW! Nothing like waiting 2 hours for a raw pie that you have to cook yourself for $70. We will not be going back!

We’ve ordered from Geno’s a few times and something has been incorrect with each order (wrong dressing or Mayo added when we said no Mayo, silly things to us). The food was pretty good so we laughed it off. Our previous order, we ordered waffle fries (which are a little extra) and received regular fries. Tonight made it so we will not be ordering again. After calling and being asked to order online, I asked the ingredients in a salad (not listed online). Delivery came with the wrong dressing for the salad, an ingredient added that was not in the provided description, and I had asked for no peppers in the salad meanwhile the salmon on the salad was LOADED with paprika (which is ground dried peppers -make it make sense), and no bacon on a BACON cheeseburger. Not ordering from here again. My $70 pizza order through slice took over an hour to deliver. The Uber eats driver made 4 other stops in multiple town before coming to me. Food was cold.

My family just moved to Tariffville and I have tried all the ones around. My go to is now Geno's . The food is amazing and I have bought I for my family around the state when they come over and they love it. Thin crispy and soft at the same time with delicious ingredients. Their regular pricing is okay, but their 5 year throwback special is awesome!! I hope they keep this up (maybe keeps as a staple and remove some of the premium topping options) as an homage to the beginning days!!
