Genoa Public Library

The library hosted a great event with James Bond author Raymond Benson. It was a nice opportunity to meet a popular author. Mr. Benson was friendly and gave a very fun talk.

I would not recommend going here , one of the workers tried there absolute best to try to argue with me because he has 5,2 man problems

Came to visit and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The faculty was clean and had great selection of multiple media depending on what you are looking for

I have only had occasion to visit this library twice. Both times I had a good experience and found the people at the front desk to be very friendly and helpful.

Arrived here at 1:50, they close at 2 on Saturdays, but I was here to fill out a form for a library card, which would take only 5 minutes, tops. Sadly, they close before their actual hours expressed on their website. Not only that, but the older woman at the front desk who decided to be extremely rude towards me after calling, not willing to help, sat at her desk in front although she wasn’t doing anything other than looking at me stand outside. If the library closes at 2, it closes at 2 PM. Not 1:50. This is not a restaurant, there are not any open grills in the back, it’s a library. If you can’t lock the library doors at 2, and shut off all of your computers, then maybe this place needs better management. Poor service, bad experience from the moment I walked up to this place. How sad, si
