Place is fine but, there is one employee in particular, a little bonde woman who is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She basically throws the drink in your car in drive thru and says nothing. It makes me want to go get coffee from across the street at McDonald's.

Not sure why this location has this rating!? The staff are so attentive and friendly. This team goes above and beyond whenever I’m in the area from the city. I won’t go anywhere else for my coffee and customer service in Genoa. Thank you all!

I gave five stars for food because my drink was good. I gave four stars for service because there were two young workers helping me this afternoon and both were polite and helpful. I would have given five stars, but the manager forgot her "customer service etiquette" or does not like her job. I became upset, irritated; as I was already having a BAD day and the way her attitude was. I was stearn and told her what I thought. That a customer should be able to add extra to their drink and that I'm an adult & the customer. I said in the very beginning that I would pay extra. I said I would tell her manager. I've been here multiple times and it seems that this place cannot manage to put oat milk in drinks when ordered. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and there have been several occasions where I order a simple drink with oat milk instead of a regular dairy option and they don't make the substitution. I like to give places a few chances in case it was just a rough day, but today was the last straw. I'm never going back here again.
