Absolutely disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted as if they were running a high-end Beverly Hills restaurant — but the service and food quality did not match that attitude at all. The meat tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer far too long. Even after cooking it thoroughly, it still had that unpleasant freezer taste. For a Korean BBQ spot, that’s unacceptable. Our server was nowhere to be found most of the night. We had to ask multiple times for basic items — including forks — and still waited far too long. Love this place for Korean BBQ. They have a large variety of meats to choose from. Depending on when you go, you may have a wait. Sometimes service is good, but sometimes not. When it gets busy or they don't have enough servers, it can be difficult to get your servers attention. Decent price for all the options you have. Music can sometimes be too loud, making conversation across the table difficult. Would recommend.

To be honest, I was really excited to come here. Then after waiting 5 mins for a table we waited more for our server and even longer for our drinks to get to the table. In fact they were bringing out the food without even water on the table. The food was sub-par for the price. We selected the “premium” meal, and couldn’t take any Togo. My husband was served alcohol, after specifically asking for a Non-alcoholic version. Mine was missing garnish but was relatively good. Later going to the bathroom to wash hand, there was bus tubs of seeming water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention the good music, but very loud. So for the price, it left me wanting. I have been coming here for some time now, and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff here are always very nice and welcoming. Specifically faith, she provides amazing customer service and while all of the bartenders and servers here are amazing, faith stays optimistic and positive even throughout a rush. This is why I keep coming back. She is an amazing worker, and I hope management here sees that as well. Thank you for being an amazing spot with yummy food here in Tempe, and for having great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

We came for the lunch special on a Monday morning, MLK holiday. Had to wait a few minutes for seating, not a big deal. Interior is modern and booth was comfortable. The lunch menu (Mondays-Thursdays) was extensive - meats, seafood, veggies - and we felt it was reasonably priced around $22 for an all-you-can-eat with no holiday upcharge. Quality and freshness of the dishes and sauces was fine. The manager, Fabian, took the time to verify our old gift card by phone and offered to change out our used grill grate later. Our main server, Tiffany, was super, she checked in on us regularly and any ordered food came out promptly. We appreciated them. I understand our visit was circumstantial and that our positive experience differed from some commenters. But our overall meal was worthwhil
