Customer Reviews
There's a server named Michael, who works there. When I tell you his customer service is unmatched, he truly is exceptional towards how he is so attentive with the guests. It was my first time there, and I must say the quality of meat & food overall is A+! Drinks were just as good. Definitely going back again!
Large place. Service was a little slow but the place was filled. Get your Gen cards at Costco for a cost saving. The 20 dollar up charge for the premium menu isn’t worth it since the regular menu has plenty of selection. We tried it though. The bone in was very nice. You need to pay attention to how long you let the meat cook. You are the chef. A great place for hanging with friends or family probably not for a date night. I say check it out.
Love, loved, loved this place. I enjoy any venue with all you can eat- $29.99 person and it was so worth it. There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group and we had a wonderful experience. They bring the uncooked items that you select from a vast menu and you cook it yourself on the grill centered on the table. Lots of meat options, not a lot of sides or veggies. Our server was patient and professional explaining the different options. She was attentive and changed out the grill for a clean grill as needed. You can upgrade for another $20 for more high-end options like Wagyu beef. The regular menu has many beef and pork options and includes shrimp. You have a vast choice of different flavors and spice levels. You also have the option for ala carte if you choose not to go with the all
First and foremost please do yourself and every one else a favor and join the waitlist before you show up. It’s about to be 2026, you don’t just show up and expect to be seated. Ok… meat flavor 7-8/10, kimchi 7/10 wasn’t “fresh” tasting (iykyk), service was 7/10 they might have been short staffed but kept the place moving, waited approx. 7-10 minutes between meat servings and I ordered as we cooked. Atmosphere is 7/10 it’s lively and music isn’t blasting. Here’s the worst part…. This place is terribly under ventilated. They don’t have hoods at each grill and it looks like it’s just a/c being pumped in and smoke not being pumped out. They had the front doors to the restaurant open but that could also be because it’s winter and fresh weather. In any case we walked into a smoke filled restaur
45mins wait n 15mins wait for 1st meat. 1 server for 6 table. Food was good 7-10yrs ago....now I would stay away. Salad plain. It is what it is..never buy gen gift card from costco again!. Somehow our table near the bar is really cold
