Gelato&Co. Castle Rock

I ordered a gelato birthday cake online for my husband's birthday, and when I arrived at the shop to pick it up, I was told the order had been missed. Fortunately, the owner, Dean, was there. He immediately took responsibility for the oversight and promised to have the baker make the cake right away. Less than an hour later, he personally delivered the finished cake to my home. He even offered extra gelato for me to try as a gesture of goodwill. The customer service was truly superb. Dean went above and beyond to find a solution and make sure I left happy, even though the mistake was on their end. I was relieved he happened to be in the shop when I arrived, because it allowed me to head home and simply wait for the delivery instead of returning later. As for the gelato—absolutely delicio

One of the best coffee and gelato shop in castle rock. The staff is wonderful here and takes care of your order very well. I loved the coffee here and the sitting space is nicely decorated.

Delicious gelatos and sorbet. They also have other dessert options, including ice cream cake. Staff also very nice, you can try as much flavor as you like before purchase.

It's a little pricy for gelato, but the quality is much higher than other local creameries. Clean and bright interiors on the inside with some seating. Small outdoor patio, but there is no shade from the sun.
