GA’s Smokin BBQ

If you want an emotional experience, you need to taste this BBQ. Simply put, you can feel the love in Michael's food - he is a master of his craft. Couldn't decide so had to grab ribs, brisket, and moms' recipe Collards - so much flavor and tenderness. That 'I've been tenderizing all day, smoky flavor' will have me coming back, along with how friendly and hospitable the atmosphere is. A gem off the beaten path.

Wow talk about a great surprise! I was in the mood for Ribs the other day and I found this place. Google said they were open so I just took a ride over and I was disappointed to find that they were not actually there. It’s just a corner on the side of the road. But I did call and left a message and surprisingly three days later, I got a call back - they were on vacation! So I marked my calendar for this afternoon, Wednesday and wow I was not disappointed. I had pulled pork and ribs and they were both spectacular. I am so happy right now. Portions are very large, more than reasonable for what they charge.

Now this is real BBQ. Absolutely delicious. I spotted this food truck at the Boynton Beach market on Sunday, music blasting and completely pulling me in. Service was fast, friendly, and they were happy to modify my order to accommodate my gluten-free allergy, which I really appreciated. I ordered the brisket with coleslaw and it was incredible. I also got a side of brisket beans and those were just as good. If this were a brick-and-mortar restaurant, my family would be regulars without a doubt. Strongly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great BBQ and equally great sides are here at this roadside stop. I drove down to the corner spot back in December where I met Michael who is the owner/pitmaster. I had the excellent brisket (tender, great bark & smoke ring), which was served with coleslaw and added collard greens that he wanted me to try. As mentioned, the brisket was outstanding. The coleslaw was crisp, fresh, and had a perfect balance of mayo and vinegar. The collards were so flavorful, the best I've ever had. The hours are limited, but more than worth making time for a stop, just make sure to get there early.

Amazing experience! The chicken is the best we’ve ever had, succulent with incredible flavor! The brisket is also wonderful, as are the collard greens, brisket beans and coleslaw! Michael is a joy and we are definitely customers for life.
