Still a great sub shop. Nailed the Italian. Highly recommended if you’re hungry in Buchanan, Michigan. ***Update*** Still knocking it out of the park. You can’t go wrong here for lunch. They nail it every time.

I love this place. Best subs around. The service is amazing too. I recommend the Gary Z's combo, Italian sub, hot roast beef sub (Wednesday's special) and the Greek salad.

Great little place to grab a sandwich. Pulled pork is on Tuesdays, definitely recommend giving it a taste. Can't wait to stop back here again and try another one. The ladies here are so sweet and give quality service. Keep up the amazing work!

Hands down the BEST sub shop in the Buchanan-Niles area, probably even the whole Michiana area! This hidden gem in downtown Buchanan is family-owned and operated. The bread (white and wheat) is made fresh daily. In addition to fresh, made-to-order subs, Gary Z's has salads, daily soup, chili, and a "sub of the day". During the summer months, they have some of the best chicken salad I've ever had. If you go often enough, Mariah will probably even remember your order!
