BIGGBY Coffee

The order is always correct and love the food. I only wish they didn't change their brand of cream cheese. The new one isn't as good as Philadelphia. If it weren't for that, it would be 5 stars.

I had a caramel hot chocolate and a lemon muffin. The lemon muffin was delicious! The hot chocolate wasn't much different than a gas station hot chocolate, but it was good. The staff was extremely friendly. They were very patient and helpful with questions about their menu. The drive-thru ordering screen took a minute to figure out where it was, lol. Hopefully some painted lines or arrows in the parking lot will come soon.

This is the worst bigby ever. They've had my order wrong twice and had bad attitudes about it both times. I waited 40 minutes in the drive through line for a black cold brew and when I finally got my drink it had sweet cream on it. I told the lady my drink was wrong and she tried to argue with me, I've only ever ordered black coffee. Arguing with a 50 year old lady with no teeth about a $5 black coffee is just nuts. She was condescending and plain wrong. This place sucks.

I really like Biggby and I’m glad they opened one in my local town but the fact that everywhere says that they’re closed at 9 PM. Yeah no if you pull up they are closed by eight. very unprofessional….. not good looking for a new business…

The Biggby in Buchanan recently opened during the height of the enormous construction project taking place throughout the town. The team is young but try hard to learn and meet the needs of their customers. The manager is dedicated to teaching the staff the importance of good customer service and care. Biggby is the better tasting coffee of all the franchises in the area. Give the Buchanan team some time to learn and grow and you won’t be disappointed!
